ABOUT
THE ANTS DEVELOPMENT.
The Ants Development was founded in 2025 by lifelong best friends and high school teammates Dillon Richard and Khameron Emanuel. Built on a shared passion for basketball and player development, our program was created to help athletes maximize their potential through purposeful, game-realistic training. Throughout our playing careers, we had the opportunity to compete alongside Division I and professional players while learning from some of Texas' most respected coaches, trainers, and pros. Those experiences shaped our philosophy and inspired us to give the next generation the tools to succeed.
At The Ants Development, we believe the best learning happens in environments that mirror the game itself. Using an ecological training approach, we design sessions that challenge athletes to read the game, solve problems, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing situations instead of simply repeating scripted drills. This allows players to develop basketball IQ, confidence, creativity, and transferable skills that translate directly to competition.
Our mission extends far beyond skill development. We are committed to building disciplined, confident, and high-character athletes who compete with purpose on and off the court. By keeping God first and embracing a mindset of continuous growth, we strive to create an environment where every player is encouraged to learn, improve, and become the best version of themselves. As we continue pursuing our bachelor's degrees in Sports Management, with Dillon graduating in Spring 2027 and Khameron in Spring 2029, we remain dedicated to providing innovative, high-quality training that prepares athletes for success at every level.
